Due to the popular demand Gracie Humaita Alexandria is proud to announce that we will be adding extra Jiu Jitsu classes for teens.
The classes will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30 on Mat 2 and everybody over 11 years old is welcome to participate.
The Gracie teens program will allow us to tailor the classes to the teens needs and give them more specific sport Jiu Jitsu and Self Defence techniques to their age groups.
Members are welcome to bring their friends during the whole school holidays to the Teens and the Kids program.
