NEW PROGRAM CLASS on Mondays, starting on June 16th, from 7-8pm. Did you know the Gracies practiced yoga to supplement and improve their BJJ? You can too!
This class is a great way to unload your muscles and revive yourself after the Open Mat or Women’s Only classes. Classes are instructed by Gracie Sydney Blue belt Simon Hill, who has been practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching for 5 years. He is certified Iyengar Yoga instructor. Bring a t-shirt, shorts, and your BJJ belt to these classes.
